Abstract
Cationic polyacrylate emulsion was synthesized and compounded with fluorine-free water re-pellent for the functional finishing of luggage fabric.Compared with the conventional anionic eco-friendly stiff-ening resin on the market,its cationic property can effectively reduce the ionic conflict with the fluorine-free water repellent.This system has excellent anti-flocculation performance and compatibility stability,which can meet the continuous production requirements of factories.Practical applications show that this compounding scheme has little impact on the water repellency of the fabric,and can still maintain good water repellency af-ter washing.At the same time,it endows the fabric with excellent stiffness,light white marks and little influ-ence on the color change of the fabric.关键词
