Abstract
Traditional raw fabric inspection relies entirely on experienced fabric inspectors.Due to differ-ences in technical capabilities,emotional fluctuations,and limitations in working hours,missed and incorrect in-spections of defects occur from time to time.Moreover,the high labor intensity has many adverse effects on the physical and mental health of fabric inspectors and cannot better carry out the real-time monitoring of on-line product quality.Various AI intelligent technologies,such as intelligent monitoring,computing,and sharing,are becoming increasingly mature.How to introduce these technologies into the traditional textile industry,es-pecially the defect inspection system,to shift the inspection of fabrics from"offline"to"online",is conducive to the upgrading and transformation of the textile industry.Based on the above thinking,a set of intelligent in-spection system for the defects of raw fabric of wool fine-spun fabric was proposed,and its specific optimiza-tion processing and practical application were analyzed.It is hoped that it can provide an efficient and accurate inspection method for the inspection of fabrics in the textile industry and improve people's traditional thinking.关键词
