Color fixing performance of nylon dyed by C.I.acid black 172 dye
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the color fastness of nylon dyeing,especially for deep and dark shades,the commonly used acid dye fixatives by Shenghong Group were screened,and the effects of fixing tempera-ture,fixing dosage,and fixing time on fixing performance were investigated.Additionally,the color fastness to soaping and color fastness to rubbing of the nylon after fixing were measured.The results showed that appro-priately increasing the temperature within a certain range helped enhance fixing performance;increasing the dosage of the fixing agent and extending the fixing time also could improve fixing performance,but to some extent,they may exacerbated dye desorption from the fiber,leading to higher dye concentration in the residu-al solution after the fixing process.Furthermore,compared to unfixed fabrics,the color fastness to soaping and color fastness to rubbing of nylon fabrics treated with YC-280 acid fixing agent were significantly im-proved,reaching level 4-5 or higher.关键词
