MXene Quantum Dots Modified Infinite Coordination Polymers for Tetracycline Hydrochloride Detection

Abstract
An electrochemiluminescence(ECL)sensor based on the infinite coordination polymer-supported MX-ene quantum dots(MQDs)synthesized with the rare earth element europium ion(Eu3+)and 5'-adenosine mono-phosphate(AMP)was constructed and applied to detect tetracycline hydrochloride(TH)in real water and biologi-cal samples.The results showed that with the increase of TH concentration,the ECL intensity of MQDs/Eu-AMP nanocomposite was quenched and the intensity decreased gradually.There was a good linear relationship between the ECL intensity and the concentration of TH in the range of 0.1-100 μmol·L-1.The linear equation was ΔI=74.94c+364.22(R2=0.976 6),and the lowest detection limit was 0.019 pmol·L-1(S/N=3).The quantitative detection results of TH in real samples also showed that the sensor had good detection performance.关键词
