摘要

Abstract

To lessen in vivo toxicity of nanoparticles and improve tumor targeting,a kind of PEG-hemoglobine-chlo-roplatinic acid nanoparticles(Hb NPs)with good biocompatibility was constructed for the first time.Hexachloro-platinic acid was used as an oxidant to catalyze the oxidative polymerization of pyrrole,and the nanoparticles were modified by polyethylene glycol(DSPE-PEG2000).Transmission electron microscopy(TEM)showed that the Hb NPs nanoparticles were spherical with uniform size.Their average particle size was(97.9±1.2)nm,and the po-tential was(-23.0±2.4)mV.Ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrum(UV-Vis)and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP)confirmed that hemoglobin and platinum acid were effectively doped in the nanoparticles.In vitro cytotoxicity and apoptosis experiments demonstrated that Hb NPs had low toxicity and good biocompatibili-ty.Therefore,Hb NPs are expected to reduce the deleterious and unfavorable effects on other healthy tissues,pro-viding a new research direction in the field of protein-based nanodrug carriers.
