脑深部刺激电极的周期性回转穿刺策略
Periodic Rotational Insertion Strategy of Electrode for Deep Brain Stimulation

Abstract
Based on the requirements for reducing insertion force in deep brain stimulation surgery,a method of pe-riodic rotational insertion is proposed.According to the law of conservation of energy,energy equations are estab-lished for pre-puncture and post-puncture insertion,respectively.A mathematical model for insertion force is devel-oped based on the characteristics of steady strain energy changes in the post-puncture stage.By calculating the in-sertion force ratio of rotational to non-rotational insertion,the effectiveness of the electrode periodic rotational inser-tion strategy in reducing the insertion force is demonstrated.Meanwhile,a single-factor single-insertion experiment is designed with rotation speed as a variable,using the work of insertion force in pre-puncture,dimpling depth of the cortical surface,and insertion force as evaluation indices.The results indicate that periodic rotational insertion introduces cutting work,thereby reducing the work of the insertion force.At a lower rotation speed ratio to insertion speed,periodic rotation insertion can effectively reduce insertion force.关键词
