Construction and Analysis of a Predictive Model for Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Based on the Occurrence of Liver Inflammation

Abstract
Objective To analyze the risk factors of liver fibrosis progression in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),and to establish a risk prediction model based on this.Methods The clinical data of 200 patients with NAFLD diagnosed in the outpatient department of liver disease in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were collected.The patients were divided into non-progressive liver fibrosis group and progressive liver fibrosis group by NFS score.Logistic regression analysis was used to screen out the independent risk factors for the progression of NAFLD liver fibrosis,and a Logistic regression model was established.At the same time,the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC)was used to verify the effectiveness of the model.Results Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in age,whether the patient had type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension between the two groups(P＜0.01).There were significant differences in PLT,RBC,AST,GLO and GLU between the two groups(P＜0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age,PLT,GLO,and GLU were associated with advanced liver fibrosis(P＜0.05).AUC of the logistic regression prediction model was 0.964(95％CI:0.939-0.989),and the maximum Youden index,sensitivity,and specificity were 0.835,0.930,and 0.904,respectively.Conclusion Age,PLT,GLO,and GLU are independent risk factors for progressive liver fibrosis in NAFLD.The logistic regression model established based on this has certain clinical predictive value.关键词
