基于CiteSpace独活寄生汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的可视化分析
Visual Analysis of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation Based on CiteSpace

Abstract
Objective To visually analyze the Chinese journal literature of Duhuo Jisheng decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation based on CiteSpace,and to explore its research hotspots and frontiers.Methods By screening the Chinese research literature on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in CNKI and Wanfang database from January 1,1994 to March 1,2024,CiteSpace 6.3.R2 software was used to analyze the publication time,authors,institutions and keywords of the literature.Results A total of 516 literatures were included.The annual publication volume of Duhuo Jisheng decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation showed an overall upward trend,and tended to mature by 2020.There was a downward trend after 2021,and the annual publication volume increased in 2023.The research institutions were mainly TCM colleges and provincial TCM hospitals,such as Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,Henan University of Chinese Medicine,Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,etc.,but the communication between research institutions was less and the links were scattered;the top three authors were WU Guanbao(3 literatures),LIU Jiansheng(2 literatures)and LUO Junpu(2 literatures).The main author cooperation groups were WU Guanbao,SUN Shaoqiu and ZHANG Jianfu.The cooperation between the authors was relatively loose,mainly concentrated in the small team,and there was less cross-team cooperation.The research hotspots included clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion,traditional Chinese medicine manipulation,etc.There were 6 categories of keyword clustering.Lumbar function was a burst word that had continued since 2020.Conclusion The research trend of Duhuo Jisheng decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation shows that its clinical application scope is continuously expanding,and the research content is gradually expanding to the deep direction of mechanism and target.However,there are still some problems,such as insufficient high-quality clinical trials,lack of multidisciplinary and multi-agency collaboration.关键词
