重症急性胰腺炎患者早期肠内营养相关研究的可视化分析
Visual Analysis of Early Enteral Nutrition Related Research in Patients with Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Abstract
Objective To analyze the visualization results of early enteral nutrition in patients with severe acute pancreatitis based on CiteSpace software,and to provide reference for subsequent research.Methods Relevant literatures on early enteral nutrition in patients with severe acute pancreatitis were searched in the core collection of CNKI and Web of Science,and CiteSpace software was used to analyze the authors,institutions,countries and keywords in this field.Results A total of 1063 articles were included,with 884 Chinese articles and 179 English articles.There were 80 Chinese core authors and 48 English core authors.The institutions with the largest number of publications in Chinese and English were the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University,Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Military Region,Amsterdam Academic Medical Center and University of Amsterdam.The country with the most published English literature was the United States.A total of 461 keywords were included in the Chinese literature,and the top three were parenteral nutrition,nursing and immune function,with a total of 18 clusters.A total of 379 keywords were included in the English literature,in addition to the keywords,the top three were parenteral nutrition,double blind,and management,with a total of 13 clusters were generated.Conclusion The research scope of Chinese literature in the field of early enteral nutrition in patients with severe acute pancreatitis is narrow,and the research depth is not enough.The research content of the English literature is comprehensive and the perspective is open and in-depth,resulting in a large number of high-quality guidelines and expert consensus.At present,the research field of early enteral nutrition in patients with severe acute pancreatitis in China is in the development stage.Domestic researchers should learn from foreign experience to carry out relevant research,establish an early enteral nutrition support team integrating doctors,nurses and nutritionists,strengthen exchanges and cooperation among authors,disciplines,institutions and countries,broaden the depth and breadth of research,and carry out multi-center and large-scale innovative exploration research,so as to contribute to the development of early enteral nutrition related research in patients with severe acute pancreatitis in China.关键词
