BOPPPS联合网络平台教学模式在医学生理论课程教学效果的Meta分析
Meta-analysis of the Teaching Effect of BOPPPS Combined with Network Platform Teaching Mode in Medical Students' Theoretical Courses

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of BOPPPS combined with network platform teaching mode in the teaching of medical students' theoretical courses by Meta-analysis.Methods A computer-based retrieval of the impact of BOPPPS combined with network platform teaching mode on the teaching effect of medical students' theoretical courses in CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases was conducted.The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to June 2022.RevMan 5.4 software was used for meta-analysis.Results Finally,18 Chinese articles were included,with a total of 3869 students,including 1980 students in the experimental group and 1889 students in the control group.The Jadad score of each literature was 4 scores,which was a high-quality literature.Meta-analysis showed that under the teaching mode of BOPPPS combined with network platform,students' comprehensive theoretical scores[MD=7.02,95%CI(5.29,8.75),P<0.05],recognition and satisfaction[OR=4.55,95%CI(3.58,5.78),P<0.05],interest and initiative improvement rate[OR=3.54,95%CI(2.86,4.39),P<0.05],teamwork improvement rate[OR=4.80,95%CI(3.37,6.86),P<0.05],knowledge-based problem-solving ability improvement rate[OR=2.81,95%CI(1.92,4.11),P<0.05],and the improvement rate of teacher-student interaction[OR=6.34,95%CI(4.31,9.34),P<0.05]were higher than those of traditional teaching mode.The statistical heterogeneity among the studies included in the outcome index"students' comprehensive theoretical achievement"was large(I2=93%).Sensitivity analysis showed that the results were relatively stable.The number of literatures included in the outcome index"students' comprehensive theoretical scores"was ≥10,and the funnel plot was drawn for publication bias analysis.The results showed that there was a certain degree of publication bias and heterogeneity.Conclusion BOPPPS combined with network platform teaching model has a significant effect in medical students' theoretical course teaching,which can effectively stimulate students' learning enthusiasm,cultivate students' divergent thinking,improve learning efficiency and thinking depth,promote students'cooperation and teacher-student interaction,and has been unanimously recognized by students.关键词
