Application Effect of Node Control Method in Recycling Management of Central Sterile Supply Department in New Hospital Area

Abstract
Objective To study the application effect of node control method in the recycling management of clinical reusable instruments in the new hospital area.Methods From February to November 2023,the central sterile supply department of the new hospital area of our hospital received reused items collected in batches from 13 wards and 3 clinical departments.Using the stage implementation grouping method,the contaminated instrument sets in the batch recovery system of each department from February to June 2023 were used as the control group,the contaminated instrument sets in the batch recovery system of various departments from July to November 2023 were used as the observation group.The control group adopted the conventional mode,and the observation group adopted the node control method.The"structure-process-result"quality evaluation index was used to analyze the problem links in the batch recycling process of reused items through the time node structure diagram,and the overall recycling management was affected by controlling the nodes.Results The entry standard rate,recycling bag use standard rate,recycling efficiency and quality control inspection coincidence rate of the reusable items traceability system in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The node control method can improve the quality of recycling management in the central sterile supply department and effectively improve the work efficiency,which is worthy of application.关键词
