纳入慢病管理的2型糖尿病患者用药依从性及相关影响因素分析
Analysis of Medication Compliance and Related Influencing Factors in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Under Chronic Disease Management

Abstract
Objective To investigate the compliance and influencing factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients under chronic disease management,and to provide reference for optimizing chronic disease management.Methods In May 2018,361 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who signed up for chronic disease management services from a health service center in Taicang City were randomly selected.The patients' medication compliance was investigated by MMAS-8 questionnaire and basic data collection,and the related influencing factors were analyzed by COX risk model.Results The average score of MMAS-8 in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus included in chronic disease management was(7.39±0.93)score.The medication compliance was poor in 29 cases(8.03％),general in 115 cases(31.86％),and excellent in 217 cases(60.11％).The survey results showed that the three main non-compliance phenomena were not taking medicine on time,sometimes forgetting to take medicine,and self-increasing or decreasing or stopping medication during treatment.Multivariate COX regression analysis showed that the course of disease(B=-0.048,P=0.025),the number of hypoglycemic drugs(B=-0.680,P=0.016),and the level of education(B=-0.940,-0.676,P=0.001)were negatively correlated with poor medication compliance;the level of fasting blood glucose(B=0.111,P=0.040)was positively correlated with poor medication compliance;the probability of poor medication compliance in non-smokers was higher than that in smokers(B=-0.666,P=0.008).Conclusion The medication compliance of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus under chronic disease management is still poor,and it is negatively correlated with the course of disease,the number of hypoglycemic drugs,and the level of education,and positively correlated with smoking and fasting blood glucose levels.Continuous attention should be paid to patients' medication compliance in chronic disease management.关键词
