Effect of Muscle Strength and Motor Function on Self-care Ability in Stroke Patients with Limb Movement Disorder
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the limb muscle strength and motor function of stroke patients with limb movement disorder,and to provide reference for the treatment of limb and muscle strength in stroke patients with limb movement disorder.Methods A retrospective analysis of 81 stroke patients admitted from August 2022 to December 2023 was conducted.The incidence of limb movement disorders in stroke patients was investigated through demographic general data collection,and the risk of limb movement disorders after stroke during hospitalization was discussed.The muscle strength of the limbs of stroke patients with hemiplegia was investigated by muscle strength grade 5 method,and the muscle tension and motor function of stroke patients with hemiplegia were investigated by Brunnstrom stage,and the influence of their self-care ability was analyzed respectively.Results The incidence of limb movement disorder after stroke was 58.02％.The stress injury assessment scale(Braden),the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),the level of self-care ability and the risk of falling down from bed in patients with limb movement disorder after stroke were higher than those in patients without limb movement disorder after stroke,the difference were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the muscle strength of the limbs seriously affected the daily normal life of the patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The limb paralysis of upper limbs,hands and lower limbs seriously affected the daily life of patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The incidence of limb movement disorders in stroke patients is high,and it seriously affects the self-care ability of patients.It is recommended to conduct a comprehensive and systematic limb assessment of stroke patients as soon as possible,which is helpful to improve the medical experience of patients in hospital.关键词
