SH3BP2在胶质瘤中表达的临床意义及其对肿瘤细胞增殖、迁移的影响
Clinical significance of SH3BP2 expression in glioma and its impact on tumor cell proliferation and migration

Abstract
Objective To analyze the expression profile and clinical significance of SH3BP2 in gliomas based on bioinformatics analysis combined with in vitro experiments,and to clarify its regulatory role in tumor cell proliferation and migration phenotypes.Methods The expression pattern,molecular subtype association,and prognostic value of SH3BP2 in gliomas were analyzed using TCGA database.A stable SH3BP2-silenced U251 cell line was constructed using lentivirus-mediated shRNA knockdown technology.Functional validation was performed using CCK-8 assays and wound healing assays.Results The expression level of SH3BP2 in glioma tissues was significantly higher than that in normal tissues(P＜0.01),and were closely associated with the clinical features of glioma patients(patient survival analysis P＜0.01,prognosis analysis P＜0.05).The expression level of SH3BP2 could serve as a biomarker for diagnosis and prognosis in gliomas,where high expression of SH3BP2 in tumor tissues indicated poor clinical outcomes.In vitro functional experiments demonstrated that silencing SH3BP2 inhibited the proliferation and migration capabilities of glioma cells.Conclusion SH3BP2 participates in glioma progression by promoting tumor cell proliferation and migration.Its expression level holds significant potential for diagnostic and prognostic evaluation and may serve as a promising therapeutic target.关键词
