基于有限元仿真的轻量化航空轮胎胎体强度模拟分析
Strength Simulation Analysis of Lightmass Aviation Tire Carcass Based on Finite Element Simulation

Abstract
Taking 1030×350 aviation tires as an example,high strength HS1400dtex/2 nylon 66 cord was used to replace 1400dtex/2 conventional national standard cord,and the tire carcass strength and outer edge size were simulated and recalculated by ABAQUS finite element analysis software.The results show that the inflated outer diameter expansion rate of the aerial tire is slightly smaller and the inflated section width expansion rate is slightly larger after adopting high strength HS1400dtex/2 nylon 66 cord and reducing 2 layers of carcass cord;under bursting air pressure(10.4 MPa),the force on the tire cord decreases after the cord angle is reduced,which improves the strength of the tire,and the reduction of the angle of the carcass cord by 1(°)is preferable.Through the mass accounting of each part of the tire,the mass of the aviation tire is reduced by 3.1 kg,which can realize the lightmass design of aviation tires.关键词
