内蒙古草原发展主要问题及解决途径研究
Research on Main Problems and Solutions for the Development of Inner Mongolia Grassland
摘要
Abstract
Grassland,as a widely distributed ecosystem,has important ecological,industrial and economic-social func-tions.In order to further promote the protection and construction of Inner Mongolia grassland,this article comprehen-sively and systematically analyzed the development status and achievements of ecological conservation and restoration,industrial development,and economic-social development in pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia grasslands over the past decade.It was found that Inner Mongolia grasslands currently face problems and challenges as follows:there was sig-nificant pressure on grassland resources,and the contradiction among humans,grasslands,and livestock was promi-nent;the development of grass seed industry lagged behind,and the supply-demand contradiction was sharp;the level of technological innovation in the forage industry was low,and the natural basic conditions were insufficient;the eco-nomic foundation of pastoral areas was weak,and the degree of social organization was low.Finally,it was proposed to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of economic production,take multiple measures to promote grassland pro-tection and restoration,increase policy subsidy standards,strengthen the construction of grass seed breeding system,fo-cus on developing new quality productivity,accelerate the transformation of production and operation mode,and estab-lish a sound social service system as solutions.关键词
