欧盟非法野生动植物贸易截获案例特征及治理策略
Characteristics and Governance Strategies of Intercepted Cases of Illegal Wildlife Trade in the EU
摘要
Abstract
The depletion of global animal and plant resources and the disruption of ecological balance have been caused by illegal wildlife trade that acted as one of the factors and as an urgent challenge for the world.As a major global economy and wildlife trade market,the European Union(EU)serves as a primary target for illegal trade,with its law enforcement agencies intercepting a large number of related cases annually.In the paper,intercepted cases of illegal wildlife trade in the EU were further analyzed,specific recommendations were proposed from the dimensions of legislative refinement,capacity improvement and international cooperation,based on the construction of EU legislative systems,innovative regulatory,transnational collaborative governance networks and source-level governance initiatives,and in combination with the trends of global illegal trade,aiming to provide a valuable reference to address illegal wildlife trade in China.关键词
