2021―2024年浙江省兽医系统实验室续展考核分析与建议
Analysis and Recommendations for the Re-certification Assessment of Veterinary System Laboratories in Zhejiang Province from 2021 to 2024

Abstract
Veterinary system laboratories undertake critical tasks including animal disease diagnosis,monitoring/testing and biosecurity management,as not only a key component of the system of animal disease prevention and control,but also an important part of the construction of disease prevention system.From 2021 to 2024,58 laboratories across Zhejiang Province participated in a recertification assessment organized by an expert team to evaluate their testing capabilities.An on-site assessment was conducted by the team through reviewing reports submitted by the laboratories,examining facilities,equipment,management system documentation and relevant records,and organizing a written test and a practical operation test including Q&A sessions.Following shortcomings were found,including aging facilities and equipment,insufficient technical staffing,incomplete management system,poor awareness of physical and biosecurity precautions,unsound internal archival materials,etc..Non-compliances were summarized to analyze the causes leading to the above shortcomings,followed by recommendations including ensuring funding investment,increasing technical talent reserve,improving management system,strengthening biosecurity management and standardizing archival documentation,with a view to providing guidance on how to improve laboratory capacity building,and to advance the laboratories for high-quality development.关键词
