摘要
Abstract
Targeting at a case of alleged distribution of substandard veterinary drugs investigated by the Agricultural and Rural Committee of A District,X City,subject identification,evidence collection,penalty procedures,and application of legal provisions related to the case were analyzed,the deficiencies in the strictness of administrative compulsory approval procedures and the accuracy of the determination of goods value and illegal gains were found,then it was determined that the case was not legally valid.Based on the above,recommendations were proposed,including strictly implementing the principles of seizure/detention,precisely quantifying illegal gains and goods value,and improving traceability management system of veterinary drugs,with a view to providing a reference for agricultural administrative law enforcement practice,and advancing standardized regulation of veterinary drug markets.关键词
