国外城市土地节约集约的经验及启示
Experience and Revelation of Saving and Intensive Use of Land in Foreign Cities
摘要
Abstract
It is of great practical significance to discuss the saving and intensive use of land from the land stock perspective.The article sorts out and analyses the practices of five cities,including New York,Detroit,Tokyo,Singapore,and Leipzig,in promoting land conservation and intensification in terms of stock land(brownfield,vacant housing,vacant lot,other land stock and underground space).Based on the experience of these cities,the paper puts forward the relevant revelations for revitalizing above-ground stock land and making full use of underground space in China:①Promote the improvement of the law and regulation system for brownfield.②Facilitate the characteristic use of vacant housing.③Accelerate the construction of the construction land inventory survey and monitoring system.④Promote the introduction of refined management policies for the development of vacant lots.⑤Focus on planning and control system arrangements to meet the demand for mixed land use.⑥Strengthen the application of three-dimensional modeling technology for underground space.关键词
