Abstract
Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of cold snare polypectomy in the treatment of co-lonic polyps(CP)in anticoagulated patients.Methods From March 2020 to March 2023,total 44 CP patients who had been taking anticoagulant drugs for a long time in PKUCare CNOOC hospital were se-lected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 22 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with cold snare polypectomy under colonoscopy,while the control group received high-frequency snare polypectomy under colonoscopy.The efficacy and safety in the two groups of patients were analyzed and compared.Results The total effective rate,operation time,hospitalization cost,serum levels of inflammatory factors 1 hour after operation and the incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statis-tically significant(P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the intraoperative blood loss and length of hospital stay between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Cold snare polypecto-my is an ideal surgical method.While achieving an ideal therapeutic effect,it can better improve the surgi-cal indicators and serum levels of inflammatory factors,and reduce the probability of complications.Its clinical efficacy and safety are significant,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
