摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of retention enema with Yunnan Baiyao combined with Chi-nese herbal hot compress in the treatment of colitis and its influence on intestinal flora.Methods A total of 80 patients with colitis admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with retention enema with Yunnan Baiyao,while the observation group was treated with Chinese herbal hot compress on the basis of the control group.The symptom scores,levels of inflammatory factors and changes in intestinal flora were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of main symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of interleukin-6,transforming growth factor-β1 and tumor necrosis factor-αwere significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The colony numbers of Bifidobacteri-um and Lactobacillus were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and the colony number of Escherichia coli was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The quality of life score was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Retention enema with Yunnan Baiyao combined with Chinese herbal hot compress can assist in improving the symptoms of colitis,reducing the body's in-flammatory response,improving the intestinal flora and enhancing the patients' quality of life.关键词
