Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between the expression levels of tumor abnormal pro-tein(TAP),epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)and trefoil factor 3(TFF3)in the serum of patients with colorectal cancer and oxaliplatin resistance,so as to provide a theoretical basis for clinically predicting oxaliplatin resistance in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 64 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital from July 2022 to July 2024 were selected.All patients received chemother-apy regimens containing oxaliplatin.According to the therapeutic effect,the patients were divided into a re-sistance group(n=38)and a sensitivity group(n=26).The expression levels of TAP,EGFR and TFF3 in the serum of the two groups were compared.Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing fac-tors of oxaliplatin resistance in patients with colorectal cancer,and the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze the predictive value of TAP,EGFR and TFF3 for oxaliplatin resistance in patients with colorectal cancer.Results The levels of TAP and TFF3 and the positive proportion of EG-FR in the resistance group were higher than those in the sensitivity group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the serum levels of TAP,EGFR and TFF3 in patients with colorectal cancer were re-lated to oxaliplatin resistance(P<0.05).The ROC curve results showed that the sensitivity of the com-bined prediction of oxaliplatin resistance in patients with colorectal cancer by TAP,EGFR and TFF3 was 92.25%,the specificity was 73.73%,and the AUC was 0.910,which was higher than the AUC of the indi-vidual prediction of TAP,EGFR or TFF3.Conclusion The up-regulation of the expression levels of TAP,EGFR and TFF3 in the serum of patients with colorectal cancer is related to oxaliplatin resistance.The combined detection of serum TAP,EGFR and TFF3 can be used to predict chemotherapy resistance in patients with colorectal cancer,providing a theoretical basis for the formulation of clinical therapeutic regi-mens.关键词
