Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of combined detection of serum tumor markers in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 96 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to May 2024 were selected as the observation group,and 96 healthy people under-going physical examinations during the same period were selected as the control group.The serum levels of tumor markers in the two groups were compared.The positive rates of single detection and combined de-tection in the observation group were compared.The changes in the serum levels of tumor markers at dif-ferent stages of the disease were observed.Results The levels of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),car-bohydrate antigen19-9(CA19-9),carbohydrate antigen72-4(CA72-4),and carbohydrate antigen125(CA125)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The positive rate of combined detection of serum tumor markers in the observation group was significantly higher than that of single detection(P＜0.05).With the progression of the disease,the serum levels of all tumor marker indicators increased significantly(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of ser-um tumor markers has high diagnostic value in patients with colorectal cancer,can accurately provide im-portant data support for clinical diagnosis,and facilitate patients to receive targeted treatment.关键词
