Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of laparoscopic total mesorectal excision(TME)in the treat-ment of patients with rectal cancer.Methods A total of 94 patients with rectal cancer were randomly di-vided into group A and group B,with 47 cases in each group.Patients in group A were treated with laparo-scopic TME,while those in group B were treated with laparoscopic-assisted TME.The surgical-related in-dicators,the occurrence of postoperative complications,and the changes in random blood glucose and plate-let activation indicators(cluster of differentiation-63,p-selectin,platelet glycoprotein Ⅱ b/Ⅲ a receptor)at different perioperative periods(before operation or 3 days after operation)were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,the first exhaust time,the first time to get out of bed after opera-tion,and the length of hospital stay in group A were all shorter than those in group B(P＜0.05).The in-traoperative blood loss in group A was less than that in group B(P＜0.05),and the pain score in group A was lower than that in group B(P＜0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in group A was lower than that in group B(P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in random blood glucose and platelet activation indicators between the two groups before operation(P＞0.05).Three days after operation,the levels of random blood glucose and platelet activation indicators in group A were better than those in group B(P＜0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic TME has a significant effect in the treat-ment of rectal cancer,which is beneficial to the postoperative recovery of patients,with high safety and fea-sibility.关键词
