摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of targeted therapy in the treatment of patients with metastatic rectal cancer. Methods A total of 85 patients with metastatic rectal cancer admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to July 2024 were divided into a simple chemotherapy group(42 cases)and a targeted therapy group(43 cases).Patients in the simple chemotherapy group were treated with simple chemotherapy, while patients in the targeted therapy group were given chemotherapy combined with targe-ted therapy. After 3 treatment cycles, the the efficacy, adverse reactions, changes in tumor markers such as carbohydrate antigen125(CA125)and carbohydrate antigen19-9(CA19-9),and immune function indicators such as CD4+,CD8+,and CD4+/CD8+were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the targeted therapy group was higher than that of the simple chemotherapy group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the incidence rates of adverse reac-tions such as bone marrow suppression, abnormal liver and kidney functions, gastrointestinal discomfort, and alopecia between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in the levels of tumor markers and immune function indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the levels of tumor markers and immune function indicators in both groups were improved, and the indicators of the targeted therapy group after treatment were better than those of the simple chemotherapy group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted therapy has a good effect in the treat-ment of patients with metastatic rectal cancer. It can achieve the treatment goal by enhancing the patient's immune function and inhibiting the levels of tumor markers, and the adverse reactions are tolerable for pa-tients.关键词
