磁刺激在促进痔术后快速康复的应用效果观察
Application Effect of Magnetic Stimulation in Promoting Rapid Rehabilitation after Hemorrhoid Surgery

Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of magnetic stimulation in promoting rapid reha-bilitation after hemorrhoid surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing hemorrhoid surgery were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional symptomatic treatment,while patients in the observation group were given magnetic stimulation treatment on the basis of the control group's treatment.The anal pain,def-ecation and urination,anal verge edema,tenesmus and hematochezia,and wound healing conditions of the two groups of patients after treatment were compared.Results The pain degree of patients in the obser-vation group on the 1st,3rd,and 7th days after surgery was significantly lighter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the defecation smoothness of patients in the observation group on the 1st and 7th days after surgery(P＞0.05).On the 3rd day after surgery,the defecation smoothness of patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the urination situation between the two groups of patients after surgery(P＞0.05).The anal verge edema of patients in the observation group on the 1st and 3rd days after surgery was lighter than that in the control group(P＜0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in the anal verge edema between the two groups of patients on the 7th day(P＞0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the anal tenesmus and hematochezia be-tween the two groups of patients on the 1st and 3rd days after surgery(P＞0.05).On the 7th day,the number of patients with anal tenesmus in the observation group was significantly less than that in the con-trol group(P＜0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in the hematochezia between the two groups(P＞0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the wound healing time be-tween the two groups of patients after surgery(P＞0.05).Conclusion The application of magnetic stimulation treatment after hemorrhoid surgery can effectively relieve anal pain and anal verge edema,pro-mote normal defecation,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
