Abstract
In the field of offshore oil engineering,vessels should enhance the capabilities of integrated collaboration and the support of large-scale equipment.In terms of resource allocation and capacity building,priority should be given to domestic exploration and development as well as the requirements for increasing reserves and production.As the primary force and vital lifeline for offshore oil and gas exploration and supply in China,vessels in offshore oil engineering should accurately plan and deploy strategies to open up new development paths.Against the backdrop of the"dual carbon"goals,governments,organizations,and enterprises both at home and abroad have initiated green transformation actions for offshore oil and gas.Green fuels,which can significantly reduce carbon eimissions,have become a key focus in the global pursuit of clean marine fuels.Continued efforts should be made to promote the application of green and low-carbon transformation in offshore oil engineering vessels.Among these efforts,the development of green,digital,and intelligent vessels,as a crucial component of this transformation,requires early planning and implementation.关键词
