国外著名高校生成式人工智能伦理政策研究
Research on Ethical Policies for Generative Artificial Intelligence at Renowned Foreign Universities
摘要
Abstract
By reviewing generative AI ethical policies issued by 51 top foreign universities,this paper identifies key ethical principles underlying the approaches to generative AI governance.Compared with general AI ethical policies,generative AI ethical policies of famous foreign universities focus more on academic integrity,which reflects the necessity of combining generative AI policy formulation with application scenarios.The paper further examines the core elements of the generative AI ethical policies,and analyzes the practical experience in five dimensions:clarifying the potential ethical risks of generative AI,emphasizing academic integrity and tool usage standards,paying attention to curriculum design and teaching management,conducting organizational management and tool training,and paying attention to the cultivation of critical thinking and research capabilities.On this basis,the study explores the implications of generative AI ethical policies for Chinese universities.Emphasis should be placed on formulating and refining macro-level policies to provide ethical guidance for the application of generative AI in universities.Attention should also be given to academic research ethics,with a focus on innovating academic integrity management systems related to the use of generative AI in higher education.Additionally,curriculum and pedagogical reforms should be considered to leverage generative AI for enhancing innovation in teaching and learning.It is essential to strengthen interdepartmental cooperation by establishing joint mechanisms for the ethical governance of generative AI on campus.Finally,maintaining dialogue with international peers is crucial for enhancing the internationalization of ethical policy-making regarding generative AI in Chinese universities.关键词
