摘要
Abstract
Objective To provide real-world evidence for a clinical pathway-based rehabilitation quality control system using the International Classification of Functioning,Disability and Health(ICF),taking comprehensive rehabilitation intervention after hip ar-throplasty in elderly patients as an example. Methods A retrospective observational study was conducted to analyze data from elder-ly patients who underwent hip replacement and were admitted to the Rehabilitation Department of the Second Hospital of Beijing be-tween June 2017 and December 2019.A total of 32 patients who met the inclusion criteria and were enrolled in the clinical pathway were included.Pain scores,Activities of Daily Living(ADL)scores, and ICF category limit value scores were compared before and after rehabilitation treatment. Results The 32 elderly hip replacement patients enrolled in the clinical pathway included 11 males and 21 females, with an average age of(76.65±6.27)years,a mean postoperative admission time of(6.59±3.96)days,and a mean hospitalization duration of(20.25±1.48)days.Statistically significant differences were observed in pain scores(at rest and during turning),ADL scores, and ICF category limit values between admission and discharge(all P<0.05).Conclusion After re-habilitation treatment, the Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)scores and ICF category limit values of elderly hip replacement patients significantly decreased, while ADL scores significantly improved, indicating a significant rehabilitation effect based on ICF evalua-tion.By following the clinical pathway, selecting relevant ICF categories according to the characteristics of elderly patients and the disease, and conducting research and analysis, this study preliminarily evaluated the rehabilitation efficacy of patients in the clinical pathway, providing a scientific basis for the further promotion of clinical pathways and examples for the clinical application of ICF.关键词
