Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of integrating cardiopulmonary rehabilitation with conventional rehabilitation on motor function recovery in patients with hemiplegic cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 86 patients diagnosed with hemiplegic cerebral infarction and admitted to our hospital from October 2023 to October 2024 were randomly assigned to either the observation group(n=43)or the control group(n=43).The observation group received combined cardiopulmonary and conventional rehabilita-tion,whereas the control group received solely conventional rehabilitation.Clinical outcomes were assessed using NIHSS scores,mRS scores,FAM scores,and the Barthel Index at baseline and post-treatment.Results Both groups showed improvement in neurological and motor functions after treatment.However,the observation group demonstrated significantly better FAM scores and Barthel Index scores,along with lower NIHSS scores and 90-day mRS scores compared to the control group(all P＜0.05).Conclusion The inte-gration of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation with conventional rehabilitation is superior to conventional rehabilitation alone in enhancing neurological and motor recovery and improving 90-day prognosis in hemiplegic cerebral infarction patients,suggesting its clinical val-ue.关键词
