有氧运动结合"三才"针刺法对脑卒中患者心功能改善的观察
Preliminary observation on the improvement of cardiac function in stroke patients by aerobic exercise combined with"three talents"acupuncture method

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of aerobic exercise combined with"three talents"acupuncture on cardiac function in stroke patients.Methods 120 patients with post-stroke cardiac dysfunction were collected and randomly divided into an observation group,a control group,and a blank group,with 40 patients in each group.All three groups received routine rehabilitation treatment af-ter stroke.The observation group received aerobic exercise combined with the"three talents"acupuncture method,the control group received aerobic exercise.Before and after 8 weeks of rehabilitation treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(EF),left ventricu-lar end systolic volume(LVESV),left ventricular stroke volume(SV),six minute walk test(6MWT),overall fatigue,and activities of daily living(ADL)were evaluated in the three groups of patients.Results EF values in all three groups of patients improved com-pared to before treatment,while LVESV and SV in the observation and control groups improved compared to before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05);the LVESV and SV of the blank group patients showed no significant improvement compared to before treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in EF values,LVESV,and SV among the three groups of patients(P＜0.05).The changes in 6MWT,Borg,and MBI scores of the three groups of patients were improved compared to before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);After treatment,there were significant differences(P＜0.05)in the changes of 6MWT,Borg,and MBI scores among the three groups of patients.Conclusion Aerobic exercise combined with the"three talents"acupuncture method has a good therapeutic effect on the cardiac function of post-stroke patients.关键词
