Effect of Zhuang medicine sinew and meridian therapy combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation on walking ability in convalescent stroke patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of Zhuang medicine sinew and meridian therapy combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation on walking ability in convalescent stroke patients.Methods A total of 120 convalescent stroke patients in the Department of physical Therapy of the Third People's Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from March to December 2023 were divided into control group and observation group by random method,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups received basic treatment and drug therapy.The subjects in the control group were treated with conventional rehabilitation treatment,and the subjects in the observation group were treated with the combination of Zhuang medicine sinew and meridian therapy and transcranial magnetic stimulation on the basis of the control group.For 4 weeks of treatment,gait analysis,Berg balance scale score,modified Barthel index score,lower limb functional walking scale score,lower limb motor function scale score were measured 1 day before treatment and 4 weeks of treatment in both groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the step length,walking cycle,walking speed,balance func-tion,activities of daily living,walking function scores and motor function scores of lower limbs in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion Zhuang medicine sinew and meridian therapy combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation can help to improve abnormal muscle tone,promote proprioceptive recovery,enhance neuromuscular stimulation,achieve the best power generation,transmission and control,effectively improve balance function,contrib-ute to the recovery of walking ability,improve self-care ability,and reduce the burden on family and society.关键词
