基于网络药理学和分子对接技术探讨芪参益气滴丸治疗冠心病合并心力衰竭的作用机制
Exploring the mechanism of action of QiShen YiQi dripping pills in treating coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure based on network pharmacology and molecular docking techniques

Abstract
Objective To explore the mechanism of action of QiShen YiQi Dripping Pills in treating coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD)complicated with heart failure(HF)using network pharmacology and molecular docking techniques.Methods Active ingredients and targets of the drug were screened via the TCMSP database.Targets of CHD complicated with HF were obtained from database platforms(GeneCards,OMIM).The"drug-active ingredient-target"network was constructed using Cyto-scape.Intersecting targets were identified via Venn diagram.The protein-protein interaction(PPI)network of"drug-disease"inter-secting targets was analyzed using the STRING database.Enrichment analysis was performed via the Metascape database,and molecu-lar docking validation was conducted using AutodockTools.Results The core components of QiShen YiQi Dripping Pills were prima-rily prenylidene glycol,araliaceae,and kaempferol.These components exerted therapeutic effects on CHD complicated with HF by acting on core targets(e.g.,IL-6,AKT1,IL-1β,PPARG)and regulating key pathways,including the AGE-RAGE signaling path-way,fluid shear stress and atherosclerosis pathway,and lipid metabolism and atherosclerosis pathway.Molecular docking results showed strong binding affinity between active ingredients and core targets.Conclusion QiShen YiQi Dripping Pills exert therapeutic effects on CHD complicated with HF through a multi-component,multi-target,and multi-pathway mechanism,including stabilizing blood vessels,inhibiting inflammatory responses,reducing oxidative stress,and anti-fibrosis.关键词
