老年脑卒中患者共病模式研究——基于因子分析与聚类分析
Comorbidity patterns of elderly stroke patients:A study using factor analysis and cluster analysis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the comorbidity patterns of elderly stroke patients and indentify common diease combina-tions through factor analysis and clustering analysis.Methods Data were extracted from medical records of neurology and neurosur-gery inpatients at a Grade Ⅲ-A general hospital in Xinjiang from January 1,2022 to December 31,2023,focusing on diagnostic infor-mation.Chronic comorbidities were classified using ICD-10 codes.Exploratory factor and cluster analysis were employed to explore comorbidity patterns.Results The results showed that stroke patients could be divided into four main comorbidity patterns:①hyper-tension-heart disease-diabetes-metabolic disorders-chronic kidney disease;②stomach or digestive diseases-liver diseases-atheroscle-rosis;③chronic lung diseases-mental and behavioral disorders-memory-related diseases;④cancer-arthritis or rheumatism-spinal dis-eases-thyroid diseases-prostatic hyperplasia-eye and ear diseases.Conclusion These patterns highlight the high prevalence of co-morbidities among elderly stroke patient and potential interactions between disease clusters.Understanding these patterns may im-prove comprehensive clinical management strategies tailored to individualized patient needs.关键词
