中老年脑卒中患者多维衰弱现状及影响因素分析
Analysis of the status and influencing factors of multidimensional frailty in middle-aged and elderly hospitalized stroke pa-tients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of multidimensional frailty in middle-aged and elderly hospitalized stroke patients,and to provide a theoretical basis for clinical medical staff to implement frailty interventions.Methods A convenient sampling method was used to select stroke inpatients aged ≥40 years from the Neurology Department of a tertiary hospital between October and December 2022 as the research subjects.A cross-sectional study was conducted using the Gen-eral Information Questionnaire,Tilburg Frailty Scale,Charlson Comorbidity Index Scale,and Barthel Index scale.Results A total of 240 questionnaires were distributed.The mean score of multidimensional frailty was(5.15±2.81),including physical frailty(2.52±1.92),psychological frailty(1.55±1.18),and social frailty(1.07±0.59).Multiple regression analysis showed that age,education level,stroke severity,anxiety,depression,and daily living ability scores were significant influencing factors of multidimen-sional frailty in middle-aged and elderly stroke patients(P＜0.05).Conclusion The prevalence of multidimensional frailty in mid-dle-aged and elderly stroke patients is high.Medical personnel should pay special attention to elderly patients,those with low educa-tion levels,severe stroke,comorbid anxiety/depression,and low daily living ability scores,and provide targeted preventive and nursing measures to prevent or delay the occurrence and progression of frailty.关键词
