脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者口腔健康护理的研究进展
Research progress on oral health care for patients with dysphagia after stroke
摘要
Abstract
Oral health is closely related to a variety of diseases,including swallowing function impairments in stroke patients with dysphagia.This article systematically reviewed the literature on the correlation between the post-stroke dysphagia and oral health.Furthermore,it explored the effects of targeted interventions—such as graded oral care,traditional Chinese medicine-based oral care,oral care combined with oral sensory and swallowing training,denture management,and saliva control—on improving oral health status and swallowing function in these patients.The objectives are to enhance the quality of life for post-stroke dysphagia pa-tients through evidence-based oral health strategies and to establish a standardized,comprehensive oral care protocol for this popula-tion.Current findings indicate that oral health care remains an underemphasized aspect of clinical nursing,with existing measures be-ingfragmented and lacking systematic guidelines.For post-stroke dysphagia patients,effective oral care should extend beyond routine cleaning to integrate swallowing rehabilitation and oromotor training,thereby promoting holistic recovery.Future research priorities in-clude validating the efficacy of diverse oral care models,optimizing nursing protocols,and developing standardized operational proce-dures.关键词
