脆弱群体的健康返贫风险因素及其"三维"帮扶路径研究OA

After decisive achievements in poverty alleviation,vulnerable groups still risk falling back into poverty due to illness.Health assistance for vulnerable groups is an important measure to consolidate the achieve-ments of poverty alleviation.Health is an important part of human capital,and thus strengthening health assistance for vulnerable groups is conducive to preventing them from returning to poverty due to illness,and is an indispen-sable condition for realizing common prosperity.Because of the multiple risk factors such as weak economic foun-dation,insufficient disease prevention and control capacity,and relatively limited access to medical services for vulnerable groups,this paper proposes to build an ecological chain of"burden reduction,incremental control,and stock reduction"for illness-related poverty prevention,aiming to help vulnerable groups effectively cope with dis-ease risks,and to provide a path reference for consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation from the per-spective of health governance.
