中国式现代化视阈下三明医改经验及推广路径探讨OA

In the context of Chinese modernization,it is of great significance to explore the reform of the medical and health system in China.In this paper,we elaborate on the"Chinese characteristics"of Sanming healthcare reform,clarify key measures such as unifying the medical,medical insurance,and medical supply sys-tems,building a city-wide health community,and introducing a transparent annual salary system.Meanwhile,we analyze the outstanding achievements of the transparent annual salary system,such as the four-fold increase in medical staff income,and propose optimization measures for the promotion path of the Sanming healthcare reform model and experience in the process of Chinese medical modernization.
