基本公共卫生服务发展历程、问题及对策研究OA

The National Basic Public Health Service Project has been fully implemented nationwide since 2009.It is a comprehensive and systematic institutional arrangement made at the national level.During the 15 years of its implementation,the financial subsidy funds have continued to increase,the relevant systems have been continuously improved,and the coverage of the population has continued to expand.This study sorts out the devel-opment process and typical practices of basic public health services,analyzes existing problems,and proposes countermeasures,therefore providing reference for strengthening basic public health services.To improve the basic public health service system,it is vital to optimize project content,enhance grassroots service capabilities,im-prove fund management systems,establish a sound service mechanism for migrant populations,and leverage infor-mation technology support.
