基层医务人员对紧密型城市医疗集团建设的认知与评价
Cognition and evaluation of primary healthcare providers on the construction of compact urban medical groups
摘要
Abstract
Objective To know about the cognition and evaluation of primary healthcare providers on the construction of compact urban medical groups,and to promote the construction of medical groups.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 247 primary healthcare providers from the compact urban medical group of the Second Hospital of Anhui Medical University as the research subjects.Results The support rate of primary healthcare providers for the construction of medical groups was 93.1％,and there was a difference in the degree of support among personnel from different work units(P＜0.05).The rate of familiarity with medical group con-struction scheme was 65.6％,and there was a significant difference in the cognition of medical group construction among healthcare providers with different incomes,years of work,study experience,and work units(P＜0.05).74.5％of the respondents considered that the unit had changed a lot after medical group construction,and 49.0％considered that their own incomes and benefits had increased.86.6％of the respondents were satisfied with the o-verall outcome of medical group construction,and there was a difference in the evaluation of the overall outcome a-mong respondents in different job positions and work units(P＜0.05).Conclusions The degree of cognition of primary healthcare workers on medical group construction is generally average.After the construction of medical groups,the service capacity of primary medical institutions,personal income and benefits,and professional skills of healthcare providers have all been improved,and thus healthcare providers have a high support attitude towards medical group construction as well as a good overall evaluation.Further improvements are needed in aspects such as personnel training,personnel and salary systems,and information system construction.关键词
