欧盟长期护理服务经验与启示OA

This paper systematically summarizes the long-term care service models of EU countries and the development strategies at EU level,and clarifies the policy shortcomings of long-term care service in EU.Based on the EU's experience and problems,and combined with China's reality,this paper puts forward some policy sug-gestions,such as consolidating the institutional foundation,improving the organizational structure,giving priority to home-based care and community-based care,improving the inclusiveness and quality of long-term care,and strengthening the support for long-term care staff,so as to promote the development of long-term care in China.
