医学创新型人才的研究热点与前沿趋势分析OA

Objective To analyze the challenges and to put forward suggestions by describing the current research progress of medical innovative talents.Methods CiteSpace 6.3.R1 software was applied to visualize and comparatively analyze the literature on innovative talents in medicine in Chinese databases from 1999 to 2024.Results As of July 2024,a total of 580 articles had been published in the related fields according to the retrieval from the databases of CNKI,WANFANG and VIP,but fewer scholars were engaged in this research,and there was less cooperation among them,indicating that a close cooperative group had not been formed.Keyword co-oc-currence and clustering analysis results showed that the research hotspots focused on talent cultivation and teaching reform,and the research trend analysis showed a gradual shift from quality-oriented education to medical practice.Conclusions China has achieved some successes in the cultivation of innovative medical talents,but it still needs to strengthen researches on management innovation,policy support and practical application,promote multidisci-plinary integration,and cultivate medical talents with innovative and practical capabilities to meet the medical needs of the new era.
