产教融合背景下高职院校科技创新的任务审思与路径探索
Reflections on the Tasks and Explorations of Paths for Technological Innovation in Vocational Colleges in the Context of Industry-Education Integration

Abstract
Industry-education integration serves as the intrinsic impetus for the innovative development of higher vocational colleges,and it is a critical pathway to materialize the paradigm of"integration of science,technology,and education"and the concept of type-based education.Scientific and technological innovation plays a pivotal role in enabling higher vocational colleges to support national development strategies,meet the demands of industrial and economic growth,and enhance the core competitiveness of vocational education.This paper commences with an in-depth analysis of the fundamental connotations and behavioral characteristics of industry-education integration in higher vocational colleges.It systematically defines the objectives and task orientations of scientific and technological innovation in these institutions.Through an empirical investigation of scientific and technological innovation practices in 12 higher vocational colleges across 7 regions,the study identifies practical challenges from environmental,value,and capacity perspectives.Specifically,environmental constraints involve policy implementation gaps;value-related issues include misaligned innovation goals with industrial needs;and capacity limitations stem from insufficient R&D resources and talent shortages.In response,a development path featuring"Five Transformations"is proposed,targeting improvements at the social,institutional,and faculty levels.These transformations aim to promote the high-quality development of modern higher vocational education,effectively showcase the achievements of vocational education,establish exemplary models for vocational colleges,and provide viable solutions for the advancement of vocational education.关键词
