河北省农业保险发展对粮食稳产增产的作用效果评估研究
Research on the Effect of Agricultural Insurance Development on the Stabilization and Increase of Grain Production in Hebei Province

Abstract
Policy-oriented agricultural insurance,as an important risk management tool for grain production,plays an important role in stabilizing grain production.Based on panel data of 11 cities in Hebei province from 2013 to 2022,this paper analyzed the development level of agricultural insurance in Hebei province and accurately evaluated the effect of agricultural insurance development on stabilizing and increasing grain production.The results of the study showed that first of all,the growth rate of agricultural insurance density and breadth in Hebei province has been continuously improving during the sample period,but the growth rate of agricultural insurance depth has shown slowdown trend,and there are significant differences in the development level of agricultural insurance among the cities.Secondly,all of the agricultural insurance density,depth,and breadth have a positive impact on grain yield,but due to the low effective demand for agricultural insurance,the lack of scientific setting of insurance amount and precise rate,and the lack effectiveness of premium subsidies,the effect of agricultural insurance development in stabilizing and increasing grain production is limited.Finally,in order to further optimize the agricultural insurance policy in Hebei province and enhance its incentive effect on grain output,it is necessary to focus on strengthening the innovation of agricultural insurance products and services,designing the insurance amount and premium rate according to local conditions,optimizing the agricultural insurance subsidy system,and then comprehensively promoting the upgrading of agricultural insurance.关键词
