摘要

Abstract

With the development and application of data science and technology,digital rural construction has provided new impetus and pathways for rural revitalization,and there has been a certain accumulation of data for various indicators of rural revitalization.In order to concretize the basic situation of digital rural construction,based on the systematic collation of user profiling and rural revitalization theories,a comprehensive analysis framework for digital rural construction was proposed,which includes six dimensions:digital infrastructure,digital industry,digital livelihood,digital governance,digital ecology,and digital resources.According to this framework,a comprehensive analysis index system for digital rural construction was constructed.By completing the preliminary selection of the comprehensive data portrait index system of digital rural construction and the screening of multi-dimensional data sources through membership degree analysis,17 indicators in 6 dimensions of digital rural portraits were determined,and the weight of the index system was determined by the entropy weight method.The construction of the index system has a strong application role in understanding the overall situation of digital rural construction,personalized development according to local conditions,and policy effect evaluation,and it has important theoretical and practical guiding significance for promoting the construction of digital rural areas.
