日本乡村产业核心竞争力的构建研究及对广西的启示
Japan's Experience in Building the Core Competitiveness of Rural Industries and Its Enlightenment to Guangxi

Abstract
Guangxi is a big agricultural region in China,which has built a variety of rural characteristic industries according to local conditions.However,in the process of promoting the high-quality development of rural industries,Guangxi faces the problem of insufficient core competitiveness of rural industries.Japan is one of the earlier country that has implemented the rural revitalization strategy and has rich practical experience in building core competitiveness of rural industries.The paper began by examining three stages of rural industry in Japan:initial phase,the dynamic adjustment of policies for industry revitalization,and the industrial role in driving local economic development,and summarized the achievements of Japan's rural industry revitalization strategy,then analyzed Japan's specific practices in shaping the core competitiveness of rural industries from institutional system,operational system,organizational system,agricultural industrial chain,and residents'participation.Finally,in order to enhance the core competitiveness of rural industries,Guangxi should perfect the supporting policy system of rural industries,improve the organizational level of famers,enhance the endogenous motivation of agricultural industrialization development,and enhance the participation enthusiasm of rural residents.关键词
