Ways to Improve the Efficiency of Agricultural Production Hosting Services

Abstract
Improving the hosting service efficiency of service organization is an important channel for the high-quality development of agriculture.Jianning county of Fujian province is the first super county of hybrid rice seed production at the national level,and its seed production area and output account for about one-tenth of the country respectively.In recent years,Jianning county has explored in cultivating service subjects,innovating service models,expanding service fields,integrating service resources,and improving service efficiency,with remarkable results,and has been successfully selected into the national list of pilot counties for agricultural socialization service innovation.In this paper,taking Jianning county farmers'cooperative for hybrid rice seed industry production of unmanned aerial vehicle trusteeship service as an example,the practical experience of improving the quality and energy efficiency of agricultural production trusteeship service was investigated and analyzed,and policy suggestions were put forward to improve the efficiency of agricultural production trusteeship service from six aspects:improving the operation level of trusteeship services and increasing farmers'willingness to accept them;speeding up equipment upgrading and improving hosting efficiency;increasing the trusteeship subsidy,solving the difficulty of purchasing machinery;promoting smart agricultural machinery and enhancing service capabilities;carrying out hosting cooperation to optimize resource;speeding up the readjustment of fine agricultural land and promoting the continuous operation of farmland.关键词
