Specification for the Integration of Healthcare and Prevention Services in Diabetes at the Primary Level
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,the prevalence of diabetes among adults in China has continued to rise,reaching as high as 11.9%,with with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)being the main type,accounting for more than 90%of the diabetic population,and the onset of the disease is becoming increasingly younger.China has now entered the stage of comprehensively building a Healthy China,and exploring the construction of a chronic disease management path with the integration of healthcare and prevention as the core has become an important trend.This specification,based on the existing content and process of the integration of healthcare and prevention services for T2DM,formulates standardized diagnostic and treatment specifications for the integration of healthcare and prevention services for T2DM.The content of the specification mainly includes basic requirements for service provision,content of services,and service processes,aiming to optimize the primary diagnosis and treatment and health management process of T2DM,control the incidence and mortality rate of T2DM through early detection and comprehensive management,and reduce and delay the occurrence of complications,thereby effectively building a primary prevention and treatment line for chronic diseases.关键词
