Research on Current Situation and Improvement Path for Construction of Digital Literacy of Grassroots Officials
摘要
Abstract
With the comprehensive opening of the construction of Digital China,improving the digital literacy of grassroots officials by government departments has become an important way to achieve modernization of grassroots governance in China.As shown by the research,the construction of digital literacy of grassroots officials in China is increasingly characterized by five aspects,including policy guidance,technological coercion,demand driving,differential constraint,and social collaboration.However,it is also facing problems such as weak digital literacy of grassroots officials,incomplete digital technology application training system,and resistance to digital technology.To this end,government departments should focus on adopting governance measures of strengthening the digital thinking and technological capabilities,innovating the training methods and paths,and optimizing the traceability processes and evaluation mechanisms.关键词
